Cancellation Policy

Here you have Costa Rica cancellation policy:

1. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the service will incur a 10% service fee.
2. Cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the service — the company will keep 100% of the deposit.
3. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the service require the client to pay 100% of the balance due.
4. Private services: For no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before, the full balance remains payable.
5. Private boat tours: Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 30 days before the reserved date.
6. The client must be at the pickup location 5 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time.
7. By making a payment, you agree to the cancellation policy outlined above.
